That visit lets LOOM establish the home’s condition and confirm that the selected routine matches the time and scope. The booking form then shows the current weekly, every-two-weeks or monthly savings for future cleaning visits.
If the home needs a deeper reset first, explain the condition or book deep cleaning so expectations match from day one.

Which recurring frequencies are available?
Weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly options are available, subject to the current service area and calendar. Choose the preferred frequency and first appointment window in the booking form.
Why is the first visit priced differently?
The first visit is charged at the regular Standard rate to establish a clean baseline. Current future-visit discounts are shown in the online estimate before checkout.
Will I always have the same cleaner?
LOOM aims for operational consistency and the same team when possible, but staffing, safety, illness and scheduling can require a different trained team member.
Can I reschedule through the Client Portal?
You can submit a date-change request through the portal. It becomes confirmed after LOOM reviews calendar availability and any applicable service terms.
Can I add a deeper task to one visit?
Eligible extras can be selected during booking. For an established recurring plan, contact LOOM before the visit so added time and price can be confirmed.
