Does LOOM provide same-day turnovers?
Same-day feasibility depends on checkout time, property size, scope and the current schedule. Enter the needed date and provide both guest times clearly.
Are linens and laundry included?
A linen reset uses prepared linens left at the property. A one-load laundry option may be selected separately when timing and on-site machines allow.
Can you restock toiletries and guest essentials?
Guest essentials restocking can be selected when available. The host provides the approved items or supply arrangement; supply costs are separate from the cleaning fee.
What information should I provide?
Include safe access, parking, checkout and check-in times, linen location, selected extras and any property-specific presentation notes.
