Program description

When you check the SMS consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages from Loom Cleaning Services about the cleaning you requested. Messages may include payment confirmation, appointment details, service updates, and one request for a review after the service is marked complete.

Consent and frequency

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing cleaning services. Message frequency varies based on your booking and normally includes a confirmation plus a post-service review request. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation and then no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or call or text +1 (253) 246-9162.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text-message delivery is not guaranteed. Keep your contact information current so we can reach you about your service.
